Success comes from good judgement

Good judgement comes from experience.  Experience comes from bad judgement.  This is a way of saying that failure is not only good, as it tends to fuel motivation (if it isn't doing this to you then start) but it is also necessary for personal  growth and advancement  The truth is you can't get around making mistakes.

Personal success comes from both hard work and learning from mistakes.  It doesn't matter how many; do not give up.  Learn to accentuate the positive with everything.
